2.5 Programming languages. The software may contain parts of ExtendScript`s SDK and the Bender pixel SDK. Subject to the limitations set out in this section 2, Adobe grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable and free license for the use of SDK ExtendScript and Pixel Bender SDK elements only for the internal development of application programs designed for adobe products. Unless expressly stated in this section 2.5, no part of the SDK extendScript or Bender SDK pixel can be modified or distributed. The client undertakes to exempt, retain and defend Adobe from losses, damages, claims or lawsuits, including legal fees resulting from or resulting from such distribution. 16.6.5 Unusually, the fonts on www.adobe.com/go/restricted_fonts are contained in the software only for the purpose of operating the software`s user interface and not for recording in the output files. Such policies are not granted in this section 16.6. The customer agrees not to copy, move, activate or use font management tools, which appear in or with a software application, program or file other than the software. 12.2 Commercial property.
For end-users of the U.S. government, the software is a “commercial element” as defined in Section 2.101 C.F.R. 48 C.R. including “Commercial Computer Software” and “Commercial Computer Software Documentation” as these terms are used in 48 C.F.R., Section 12.212 or 48 C.R. Section 227.7202. According to Section 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Sections 227.7202-1 to 227.7202-4, commercial software and commercial computer documentation are assigned to end-users (a) only as commercial items and (b) under the rights granted to all end-users in accordance with applicable conditions. Unpublished rights are reserved under U.S. copyright law. 2.1.5 Dual Boat Platform. The software is allowed to be used on a specific operating platform.
The customer must acquire a separate license to use the software on each operating platform. For example, if the customer wants to install the software on the Mac OS and Windows platforms on a device on which both platforms are run (i.e. a dual-start computer), the customer must first acquire two separate licenses for the software. This also applies when two versions of the software, each developed for a different operating platform, are delivered to the customer on the same medium. 7.4 Recruitment Manager. Flash Player and third-party programs using Adobe AIR can save certain user settings by storing them on your device as a local shared object. These settings do not contain any personal data associated with you. You`re connected to the Flash Player instance or a third-party program with Adobe AIR on your device, allowing you to customize execution features, the Flash Player settings manager lets you change those settings, including the ability to prevent others from storing local shared items.
